Hands-on AI Product Lab Β· Grades 4–12

Helping young minds become confident builders with AI.

AIChamps is a hands-on AI Product Lab where students learn to use Artificial Intelligence responsibly, creatively, and confidently to build real-world projects.

Students use AI to strengthen their Actual Intelligence: curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, communication, courage, and problem-solving.

What is AIChamps?

Students don't just learn about AI. They build with it.

AIChamps is a product-based AI learning experience for students. It isn't a lecture series or a coding class. It happens through guided cohorts where students learn together, build together, and present their work.

We help students go from β€œI have an idea” to β€œI built this.”

Idea-first

Students start from real problems they care about.

Hands-on building

Every student creates a real, working product.

Guided cohorts

Students learn with peers and coaches, never alone.

Confidence-focused

The real result is a builder's mindset.

The cohort experience

What happens in an AIChamps cohort?

In each AIChamps cohort, students join a guided learning experience with peers and coaches. Over the cohort, students move from idea to prototype and finish with a Demo Day where they present what they built.

Short lesson

A clear, age-fit concept to anchor the session.

Hands-on AI activity

Students try the idea immediately, with guidance.

Product-building time

Focused time to push their own project forward.

Peer feedback

Students share progress and learn from each other.

Reflection

What worked, what didn't, and what's next.

From first session to Demo Day

Across the cohort, every student follows the same arc:

  1. 1Learn AI responsibly
  2. 2Choose a real problem
  3. 3Design a product idea
  4. 4Build a prototype
  5. 5Improve with feedback
  6. 6Present on Demo Day
Our Philosophy

Actual Intelligence + Artificial Intelligence

We believe AI should not replace a student's thinking. It should strengthen it. At AIChamps, students learn to use AI as a thinking partner, not a shortcut. The real power is not the tool. The real power is the young mind using it.

01

AI strengthens thinking

02

A partner, not a shortcut

03

The young mind is the power

Safe, responsible, and confidence-focused.

We do not teach students to copy from AI. We teach them to think, question, create, and build with AI.

The goal is not dependency. The goal is confidence.

Students learn to…

  • Protect their privacy. Never sharing private or personal information with AI tools.
  • Check AI answers. Verifying what AI says before trusting or using it.
  • Know AI can be wrong. Spotting mistakes, made-up answers, and bias.
  • Use AI as a helper. A thinking partner, never a replacement for their own work.
  • Create original work. Their ideas lead; AI supports.
  • Explain how they used AI. Being open about where AI helped and where they did the thinking.
  • Follow guided practices. Working with vetted, age-appropriate tools under coach guidance.
Outcomes

Every student leaves with a product, not just a certificate.

The skills and confidence students carry forward long after the cohort ends.

  • Understand AI in age-appropriate terms
  • Use AI responsibly and safely
  • Ask better questions
  • Think critically about AI answers
  • Identify real-world problems
  • Design product ideas
  • Build AI-assisted prototypes
  • Work collaboratively
  • Present confidently
  • Reflect on their growth
